Produce Manager
We are seeking a skilled produce retail specialist who is passionate about organic produce, local products, and the value of extraordinary customer service. This individual will manage the produce department to meet co-op goals for sales, margin, inventory turns, labor costs and customer service. Major responsibilities include:
• Plan department layout, product placement, and resets
• Oversee purchasing, selection of new products, and product promotions
• Plan attractive produce displays
• Supervision of produce staff
• Management team functions
Two years of experience in purchasing and merchandising for a department in a natural food store is required. Qualifications include excellent communications skills, knowledge of current trends in natural foods industry, supervisory experience, and understanding of margin and pricing.
Salary range: $45K–$50K depending on experience.

Café Line Cook
Do you love good food? Do you want to improve Medford’s food scene and contribute to a community-owned and operated business? Join our Café team!
We are looking for friendly candidates with culinary and customer service experience. The Café is open Monday – Friday from 8am to 6pm and shifts include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Starting at $16-$18/hr depending on experience.
